Kerry Tepperman Campbell is an award-winning author and educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the recipient of the 2017 Blue Light Book Award, and the 2016 New Millennium Poetry Prize, and a Pushcart Prize nomination. Dreaming of France, her debut collection of vignettes and prose poems, was published by Blue Light Press in March of 2018.
Her work has recently appeared in New Millennium Writings, Bitter Oleander, Paterson Literary Review, Laurel Review, Cloudbank, The Round, and American Mustard.
These days Kerry can be found in her office working on her next book, a collection of prose poems and vignettes based on the life of Fletcher Christian, the famous 18th-century British mutineer.
In 2013 Kerry traveled by cargo ship to Pitcairn Island, the second most remote place on earth, to meet Christians’ descendants. Her friends and family think it is time for her to stop daydreaming about mutiny and finish the book.
